What Is the Text to Speech Reader?
The Text to Speech Reader reads any text aloud using the natural voices built into your device and browser. Paste an article, script, study notes or a message, choose from the available voices (many languages and accents), adjust the reading speed and pitch, and press Speak. It's handy for proofreading by ear, accessibility, learning pronunciation, practicing a speech, or listening to long text while you do something else. Nothing is uploaded — the speech is generated on your own device with the Web Speech API, so it's completely private and free with no word limit.

- Browser speech synthesis plays audio live but doesn't expose a downloadable file, so this tool reads aloud rather than saving an MP3. For a file, record system audio or use a dedicated TTS service.
